Most organizations aren’t suffering from a shortage of ideas. They’re suffering from solving the wrong problem first.

You’ve probably experienced it. A team works hard, executes well, and still feels like progress is slower than it should be. Often the effort isn’t the issue. The target is.

Then I close the laptop.

Because the real conversation still happens with people.

One practical habit has helped me. Before discussing solutions, I ask one question:

‘How do we know we’re solving the right problem?’

Beyond every visible problem is usually a deeper opportunity.
