How willing are you to do your own “Leadership Gap Analysis”?

As you look first in your mirror, and then at the reality of your leadership roles today, how well are you assessing your ability and commitment to the new rules of guiding remote and hybrid team players and teams? How do you grade yourself? Not judgement but a fair, accurate and authentic self-assessment.

The fulcrum has tipped and it’s not going back to those good old days of 2018.

More leaders than ever, certainly in the past decade, are failing.

An alarming number of companies deal with newly minted leaders failing at the jobs for which they have been groomed and these mismatches are common across industries, geographies and roles in almost all organizations. As the number of challenges increases, the more likely it becomes that leaders will fall short of their objectives.

Frequent leadership changes, a culture of low support or collaboration, high uncertainty and a high conflict work culture have the strongest negative impact on a leader’s performance.
